Back Alley

This is a photo I took while reading meters in Ceadarville, Ohio in May 2007. I enjoy this photo because it takes me back to when I was reading meters and it was so much fun. At the time it was really not that enjoyable because it was hard work , but I got the opportunity to take my camera around with me on my routes and snap some great pictures.

Old Mill in Clifton Ohio

This is a picture I took a few years ago around the same time I took the picture of the street sign, which posted a few days ago. This is another favorite of mine, it has never been published but it hangs side by side with the street sign photo in my home. I absolutely love this photo, I took this photo with a Nikon D5000 SLR Camera, and used Photoshop to adjust the contrast and change the color to black and white. I hope you love this photo as much as I do, and I want everyone who is interested in photography to get out and begin taking pictures. Something you may find interesting may add fulfillment to your life for years to come. Everyday when I see a photo I have taken, it takes me back to the place and time I took the picture. Good Morning!

I hope you enjoyed the pic I posted yesterday! I am in the process of taking more photos, I took this picture about two weeks ago in Sidney, Ohio. (WOW, that was a long drive) I saw this castle from pictures posted online and I knew I had to take my own photo of this gorgeous home. As you can tell, I love history. I truly enjoy learning something new about historical landmarks. I will share with you some more pictures and stories about destinations to which I have traveled. I will also share what I think about the products I use to take my pictures. Believe me, some of the equipment out there is just junk and I would not recommend anyone use these products. Be sure to let me know what you think about my photos.

Yore Road

This Is a picture of a road sign I took about two years ago. I took this picture outside of Jamestown Ohio in November, and I was working as a meter reader for Dayton Power & Light when I took this picture. That night when I got home for work the first thing I did was upload it, and started playing around with it on Adobe Photoshop. I actually did not do much to it, all I did was change the color to black and white and adjusted the contrast of the image.
I have had this picture hanging in my home since taking it. People who saw this picture hanging in my house all told me that they love this picture, and I should get it published. I did that in-deed, it was published in Country Home Magazine. I hope you all enjoy this picture as much as I do! Feel free to comment and tell me what you think.
